Terms of sale
The owner of the www.mzauto.ee website (hereinafter the Online Store) is MZ AUTO OÜ (registry code 14229296) located in Tartu County, Rõhu village, Farmi, 61409, info@mzauto.ee
The Online Store has the right to change the Terms of Sale at any time. The amended terms and conditions will be published on the website of the Online Store www.mzauto.ee and they will enter into force immediately after publication. By using the Online Store and placing orders through it, the customer has agreed to the terms and conditions of sale and privacy of the Online Store.
Validity of sales contract, product and price information
The terms of sale apply to the purchase of products from the Online Store.
Information about the product is presented in the Online Store directly next to the product.
The prices of products and additional services sold in the online store are indicated next to the products.
Placing an order
To order the goods, the desired products must be added to the shopping cart, after which the required data fields must be filled in to place the order and the place of receipt of the product must be selected.
The available locations in Estonia and the Baltics are: Omniva parcel machines and couriers. Europe: courier.
In addition, it is possible to receive the products at the representative office in Tartu County, Rõhu village, Farmi.
The amount of the fee will then be displayed on the screen, which can be paid securely through the following payment methods:
-Estonian: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, LHV, Coop Pank, Pocopay
-Latvia: Swedbank, SEB, Citadele and Luminor
-Lithuania: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor
The customer will be contacted after placing the order and making the payment within one working day.
Bank links and credit card payments are provided by Montonio. Payment takes place outside the Online Store in a secure environment – when paying with a bank link in the secure environment of the respective bank and when paying with a credit card in the secure environment of Montonio. MZ Auto OÜ does not have access to the customer’s bank and credit card data. The agreement enters into force upon receipt of the amount due to the current account of the Online Store.
The settlement currency is the Euro (€).
When paying with a bank link, be sure to click the “Back to merchant” button on the bank’s page.
The owner of the online store is the chief processor of personal data and forwards the personal data necessary for making payments to the authorized processor Montonio.
If the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to the end of the goods or for any other reason, the buyer will be notified as soon as possible and the money paid (incl. Delivery costs) will be refunded immediately, but not later than within 14 days of sending the notice.
Terms of delivery
The goods are sent all over Estonia.
The available locations in Estonia and the Baltics are: Omniva parcel machines and couriers. Europe: courier.
In addition, it is possible to receive the products at the representative office in Tartu Vabriku 14.
Shipping costs are borne by the buyer and the corresponding price information is displayed next to the shipping method.
Shipments within Estonia generally reach the destination specified by the buyer within 14 working days from the entry into force of the sales contract. Delivery outside Estonia usually takes up to 30 calendar days. In exceptional cases, the right to deliver the goods within 45 calendar days.
Right of withdrawal
After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the e-shop within 14 days.
The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal person.
In order to exercise the 14-day right of return, the ordered goods may not be used in any other way than is necessary to verify the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods in the manner permitted for testing the goods in a physical store.
If the goods have been used for purposes other than those necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods or have signs of use or wear, the Online Store has the right to reduce the refundable fee according to the decrease in the value of the goods.
In case of defects in the order or in case of quality problems, the customer support must be contacted immediately in a reproducible form (info@mzauto.ee), describing the problem as accurately as possible and attaching illustrative pictures if necessary.
The costs of returning the goods are borne by the Online Store.
The buyer must return the goods within 14 days of submitting the application or provide proof that he has handed over the goods to the carrier within the aforementioned period.
Upon receipt of the returned goods, the online store shall return to the buyer immediately, but not later than 14 days after receipt of the withdrawal application, all fees received from the buyer on the basis of the contract.
The online store may refuse to make refunds until the item that is the subject of the contract has been returned or until the buyer has provided proof that he has returned the item, whichever is earlier.
If the buyer has explicitly chosen a delivery method different from the cheapest usual delivery method offered by the Online Store, the Online Store does not have to reimburse the consumer for a cost that exceeds the cost related to the usual delivery method.
The online store has the right to withdraw from the sales transaction and demand the goods back from the buyer if the price of the goods in the online store is marked significantly below the market price of the goods due to a mistake.
Right to lodge a claim
The online store is liable for non-compliance or defect of the goods sold to the buyer, which already existed at the time of delivery of the thing and which becomes apparent within two years from the delivery of the goods to the buyer. During the first six months from the delivery of the thing to the buyer, it is presumed that the defect already existed at the time of delivery of the thing. It is the responsibility of the Online Store to rebut the respective presumption.
The buyer has the right to contact the online store within two months at the latest, by sending an e-mail to info@mzauto.ee or by calling: 58336940.
The online store is not responsible for defects that have occurred after the delivery of the goods to the buyer.
If the goods purchased from the Online Store have defects for which the Online Store is responsible, the Online Store will repair or replace the defective goods. If the goods cannot be repaired or replaced, the Online Store will return all fees associated with the sales contract to the buyer.
The online store shall respond to the complaint submitted by the consumer in writing or in a form that can be reproduced in writing within 15 days.
Direct marketing and processing of personal data
The online store uses the personal data entered by the buyer (name, telephone number, address, e-mail address, bank details) to process the order and send the goods to the buyer.
The chief processor of personal data in the online store is MZ Auto OÜ. In order to manage the payments of the online store, the necessary personal data is forwarded to the authorized processor Montonio.
The e-mail address and telephone number may be used to send direct marketing communications if the customer has given his consent. If the customer does not wish to receive direct marketing communications, they must select the appropriate link in the e-mail footer or contact customer support.
The online store will send newsletters and offers to the buyer’s e-mail address only if the buyer has expressed a wish by entering the e-mail address on the website and has announced his / her wish to receive direct mail notifications.
The buyer can cancel the offers and newsletters sent to the e-mail at any time by notifying us by e-mail or by following the instructions in the e-mail containing the offers.
Solving arguments
If the buyer has any complaints regarding the Online Store, they must be sent to info@mzauto.ee or call +372 58 336 940.
All customer complaints are resolved in person in cooperation with the customer.
If the customer and the Online Store are unable to resolve the dispute by agreement, the customer can turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee. The client also has the right to apply to the Tartu County Court.
